My name is Pat Fitzgerald and I began Careful Eyes Business Services as an independent business consultant.  My main business is to provide expert feed back to the principal management of a company.

I was at different times a business owner, store manager, supervisor, technical lead person and technician from the early 60's into the first part of this century. In all these areas a third to half my time was related to achieving customer satisfaction by applying the wealth of experience I had gained over the years.

I know what I want, and how I like to be treated and so do the rest of your customers!  Customers are not as loyal as they used to be; if they are not treated well they will find another place of business that will treat them well.  Customers are the key to your business success!
