Q: We have our managers and staff monitor our business, why do we need your service?

A: While doing that is a great idea, you will not get a true assessment of your business from the perspective of your customers.  Why?  In most cases the employees know who they are and change their behavior.  Ever notice how everyone becomes a model driver when a police car is in sight?  Same effect!
